January 15, 1929
Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
|
Once upon a time a baby was born in the cold month of January
In 1929 on day 15 oh yes he arrived in a hurry
He would “Dream the American Promise”!
He looked at the poor and the jobless.
“I know this country was built for all.
I CAN lead a civil rights movement and stand tall.
I CAN DO anything even when others are afraid
I will not quit until history is made!”
Who am I?
Dream the American Promise
