"Hi Joan.

I wanted to thank you for the help (knowledge and experience) I gained from
your sessions. I went into these sessions without much expectation, but,
being there opened my eyes to things that should have been obvious to me
(in retrospect).

For me things didn't really come together until the last class. I realized
then that I'm stuck in that "circle of despair". When you answered my question
about dealing with naysayers and what you would be asking them is when it
hit me that those are the questions I needed to be asking myself. I know that
is what you were doing with the series of " what makes U" questions,but,
being trapped (distracted) in that despair I managed to miss a very basic
point. That shows how powerful that negative aspect can be. Hopefully I
can pull myself out of there now.

On a lighter note, I think my E-D-A is more of a cycle than a timeline. For
example, I'm a semi-proffesional musician/entertainer I am constantly
exploring and learning new styles of music and technique then applying them
to my live performance.

This is also where my buckets overlap. I think part of my purpose in life is to
bring music and pleasure to the world and I get paid for it and it's
therepeutic, playing my bass relaxes me.

As Winston Churchill would have said " I'm a riddle wrapped in a mystery
inside an enigma."
