Joan E. Gosier Joan is a native of Mount Vernon, NY but moved around quite a bit in her lifetime. So she
claims Baltimore, MD as her hometown because that is where she proudly graduated Class President of Milford
Mill High School. She graduated undergrad from Hampton University with a BS degree in Business Management
and MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business. In 2006, she helped launch HBCU kidz, Inc.
with family and friends.

Prior to HBCU kidz, Inc. she served as assistant sales manager of the Keyes Company, a south florida real estate
firm. She began her professional career by investing 11 years in the pharmaceutical industry with progressive
assignments in district sales management, corporate financial planning, international finance, training and
development, and research and development.

She has also obtained relevant experiences through successful internship experiences as an INROADER with a
regional bank, Equitable Bank.  She has acquired relevant career experiences with major corporations such as

loving family and one of her greatest role models is her mom who graduated high school valedictorian. She
instilled strong values regarding family heritage and believed in putting “acquired education into practice”.

Her longterm vision is to significantly impact the lifetime success of the children who are among the CLASS OF

Thomas Gosier is a native of Pompano Beach, FL and serves as the company's VP of Sales and Marketing.
Tommy pledged the Gamma Epsilon Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. in Spr. '86 aka “Go-Go”. He graduated
from Hampton University with a BA in Sociology and emphasis in Criminal Justice.  He has had past experience as
a residential and commercial construction contractor, network marketing executive and outside sales rep for a
leading lawn care company.  He has strong leadership abilities and is a very supportive parent of Tomeara and
Toleah.  He has a very special gift for working with "at-risk" kids as a Mental Health Counselor and is especially
strong in building bridges with stakeholders. Tommy guides the long term direction and plans for HBCU kidz. His
life philosophy is "one must live life to the fullest and to show love to all mankind".  His vision is to reach across
class and other physical, mental and emotional barriers to professionally serve and uplift the black family through
the  communication of shared values and practices of respect and courtesy.

Tomeara and Toleah Gosier were born in Coral Springs, FL. Although they are NOT twins, their
closeness in age enables them to share a lot of mutual interests. They both enjoy singing, reading, watching
Disney Channel, flying kites with Daddy, riding kiddie coasters, going to the beach, and playing dress up.  As the
girls continue to acquire new learning, each one has her own ideas and suggestions on "how we can grow the
family business"!
